The Zhejiang Zhongxing Shock Absorber Mfg. Co. (ZX Shock) is a veteran specialist with 22 years of abundant experiences in designing and manufacturing automotive shock absorbers. A possessor of ISO/TS 16949:2002 certification awarded by DQS Germany in 2007, the company has grown into one of the largest Chinese suppliers in its field.

Currently, Zhongxing employs about 700 employee at its modern and integrated production factory covering a land area of 26,000 square meters, with a daily production capacity of 20,000 shock absorbers.

ZX Shock supplies a wide range of shock absorber products including twin-tube shocks, struts, coil-over shocks, cartridges, cabin dampers, steering dampers, mono-tube shock absorbers, aluminum shock absorbers, and electro remote control adjustable shocks and struts. The more than 3,500 models that fill the company's thick catalogs cover almost the full range of Japanese and Korean car models as well as most popular European and American makes. On average, the firm develops about 500 new shock absorber models a year.

The company claims that it has developed some of the most advanced technologies in the industry and applied them to some of its innovative products, such as gas-charged, self-regulating absorbers and struts and remote-control adjustable shocks and struts. Up to date, Zhongxing has won seven patents for its damping-force adjustment structure adjustable etc.

Zhongxing claims that its products pass 4 million cycles of durability tests, and their products can be applied to passenger cars,SUV/4WD,performance cars,commercial vehicles and specialities as ATV, Golf Cart, etc.The firm offfers quality guarantee for one-two years or a mileage of 60,000 kilometers.

In addition to being sold on the domestic Chinese market, ZX Shock's quality products are also shipped to customers in the major markets of South America, North America, Oceania, the Middle East, and Asia, as well as European countries such as France, the United Kingdom, Finland, Germany, Poland, Russia, and Belarus. About 50% of the firm's output is supplied to different OEM customers, and the firm is also promoting its own brand, aiming to become a world-class player in the near future.

Company officials stress that their stringent quality-control system requires every shock absorber they produce to be tested in-house by multi-speed hydraulic ergogram testers before being packaged and shipped. The firm also operates two major labs, including one R&D lab and one physical and chemical lab for a variety of inspection work, where product development and prototyping are carried out using inova gmbh automobile shock absorber test equipment imported from Germany.

The company's products are certified to the most stringent standards of various institutions, including the shock absorber inspection center of the China Automobile Quality Control & Inspection Institute, Provincial Technical Supervision & Inspection Academy, and the appraisal unit of the Shanghai Automobile Quality System.
