Chien Tsai Machinery Enterprise Co., Ltd., founded in 1973, is one of Taiwan's most veteran manufacturers of fastener-making machinery. Thanks to its efforts to develop innovative machines, the company has won good reputations in Taiwan, Japan, the U.S., Europe and other industrialized nations.

The firm is versed in the production of automatic thread rolling machine and bolt slotting machines capable of processing bolts with outer diameters from 1m/m up to 38m/m and maximum length of 300m/m.

In November 2001, Chien Tsai set up a subsidiary named Jiancai Machinery (Shanghai) Co. in Shanghai, China to expand product lineups, including heading machines for bolts and screws, hollow heading machines, and rivet heading machines. The company has established a sales and technical-service network in China centered at Shanghai.

Chien Tsai employs humanitarian management system and encourages employees to participate in specialist-training courses. In addition, the company also offers technical training courses to help customers acquire industrial know-how.
