Shenzhen Aglare Lighting Co., Ltd. is an LED manufacturer dedicated to production of bulbs, light tubes, lighting modules, flexible lighting strips, waterproof lighting strips, amusement lamps, automotive bulbs, SMD packages, decoration lamps and controllers for illumination, backlighting and decoration purposes.

The company has installed two automated SMT machines to produce 90 million SMD packages of various light colors a year for the company's flexible strips and light tubes. The machines have boosted the company's production efficiency and precision while keeping cost down.

In 2005, the company opened lighting division staffed with a 15 R&D specialists to engage in indoor and outdoor decoration lights. Two years later, the company installed eight automated machines built in Taiwan and the United States to set up four automated production lines.

Its annual output of white LED lamps is around 240 million units and its monthly output of strip lights is 10,000 units.

The company tightly controls defect rate under 0.2% and assures prices 5-15% lower than market average by carrying out in-house production of most components and materials. Lead time ranges from three to five days.

CE, RoHS and En60825 approvals have been certified to most of the company's products. (KL)
