Initially the company concentrated on zinc-alloy die-castings, but due to changing demand, the maker diversified into castings of aluminum alloy.
The ISO9001:2000-certified manufacturer uses ZAMAK#3, ZAMAK#5, ZA8, ZA12, ZA27 zinc-alloys, and ADC-6, ADC-10, ADC-12, ALSI12, ALSI9CU3 aluminum alloys to roll out precision die-castings.
Besides supplying wide ranging items for the automotive and PTW sectors, industrial parts and hardware, Aprisa also develops precision, customized parts as mirror kits for Harley-Davidsons, electronic connectors, radiators and pneumatic-tool parts.
Aprisa president K.C. Yang says his company is always designing, developing new products for automotive aftermarkets worldwide. Besides domestic sales, the company also exports to the USA, Canada and Europe, with annual sales totaling some US$10 million.
With an integrated factory in Tainan County, southern Taiwan, Yang says that Aprisa is capable of helping buyers cut in-half procurement workloads by handling everything, including design, production, testing, inspection, assembly and shipments.
To effectively meet rising orders, the company plans to expand its factory from 36,000 square feet to 108,000 square feet in the near future, as well as procure advanced, made-in-Japan die-casting equipment to fully realize such plans. (BS)
