Flexo knives, flat plate cross knives

Jeng Feng Cutter Manufacture Industry Co., established in May 1988, is one of Taiwan's most reliable manufacturers of various kinds of industrial knives.

To ensure high quality of its products, last year Jeng Feng invested NT$10 million to install a double-column milling machine and a large-sized grinding machine with capacity of one meter in diameter.

Jeng Feng has a modern factory of 72,000 square feet in Chingshui of Taichung County, central Taiwan, with production equipment including CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, surface grinding machines, cylindrical grinding machines and double-column milling machines. With an in-house research and development department, the company has kept developing precision cutters since its founding.

At present, the company's major products can be divided into seven categories, including flexo knives, flat plate cross knives, round tooth knives, copper foil cut knives, circular knives, cutters for cement bags, and industrial knives.

The company exports almost 75% of its output abroad, with major export outlets including mainland China, Southeast Asia, Northeast Asia, East Europe, the U.S., Canada and some industrialized European nations.

Jeng Feng says it can develop sophisticated cutters in accordance with the samples provided by customers. Most the company's products are manufactured on the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) basis.
