The company boasts it has obtained well-established technology transferred from United Kingdom for the development of water-jet cutting machines. The company says it has combined its own cutting-edge automation technology with British water-jet cutting technology to produce ultra-high-pressure FSWJ-series water-jet cutting machines.
Robin Fu, managing director of the company, says his company deeply reckons that quality is the basic element of the machine and has never stopped developing trustworthy products to help customers secure high-efficiency operations.
Fu boasts his company is Taiwan's sole developer of software for the CNC cutting control system. With the cutting-edge technology, the company is capable of producing plate-cutting machines operated by self-developed control software.
At present, the company's major product lines include CNC plasma/gas cutting machine, CNC plate cutting machine, CNC pipe drilling machine, CNC drilling machine (hydraulic, high speed), CNC water-jet cutting machine, CNC drum drilling machine, etc.
The CNC plasma/gas cutting machine features servo control system and heat-treated heavy-duty drive rack, and is suitable for the shipbuilding and steel-structure industries. The CNC plate-drilling machine has a rigid structure to ensure stable in drilling operation, and provides rapid drilling and high-efficient operation.
The CNC pipe-cutting machine is suitable for the use of steel-pipe, steel-structure, oil, and chemical industries. The machine can combine with flame/plasma plate cutting machine to do multi-functional operations.
Asia Machine has exported products to more than 30 nations, especially to Europe, the U.S., Australia and Asia-Pacific region. In addition to machinery units, the company also provides technical consulting services to the manufacturers of CNC cutting machines worldwide.
