With over 15 years of development and manufacturing experiences, Jung Yuan Enterprise Co., Ltd. has been a seasoned Taiwanese manufacturer of precision and complex mechanical parts for motors, high pressure pumps and for electronic instruments. We are equipped with traditional NC machines, lathing, milling
machines, high speed lathes to nowadays CAM/CNC ( computer numerical control ) lathes and millers, and with seasoned skill, we have been continuously indirectly exporting for Eastern European customer for years.
COMPLETE WORKING AREA
We have built up close ties with a spate of satellite professional machinery factories to cooperate with for fully satisfying customers' requests. According to clients' drawings, we provide customized parts of your own, and the working area including the outsourcing is grinding, laser cutting, lathing, milling, forging, casting, electro plating and heat treatment. Our half-finished works are made for being directly assembled in your subassemblies.
PRODUCTION LINE
Our main production line is for pump parts, motor parts like motor transmission mold sets and gears, transmission system parts, auto parts, turning parts, precision metal parts, shafts like driver shafts, couplings, bush for rotor shaft, flanges like counter flange, adapter flanges, thread adapters, lock washers, suction chamber for pumps, bearing cover set, mechanical components, and electronic machinery parts like floating deck, etc.
QUALITY CONTROL
Jung Yuan is equipped with many precision quality-control-inspection instruments in-house, such as coordinate measuring systems, ZEISS metrology machines, VAST scanning sensors and optical projection display measuring instrument. We have trained QC person to give you regular goods, export quality.
