The firm has installed a spate of multi-section screw-making machines from industrialized nations, which has helped the company develop specialty parts, cut production time and raise the accuracy of its products.
Over the past few years, the company has stepped up operating efficiency by adopting computerized operating systems. Thanks to its persistence to hold a sound and healthy operating concept, the company has won good reputations and confidence from customers at home and abroad.
Operating a factory of 5,400 square feet in Taipei County of northern Taiwan, over the past few years Lai Chun has invested NT$8 million (US$247.670 at US$1:NT$32.3) to procure four sets of multi-stage screw-making machines which can roll out a wide variety of specialty screws.
Despite its concentration on self-developed screws, the company also welcomes orders on the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) basis.
