OEM, ODM production of zinc alloy die-cast parts

Jin Xin Precision Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 1969 in Sanchung of Taipei

County, northern Taiwan, to specialize in producing a wide range of die-cast parts on

the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) basis.

To meet the fast-changing market trend, the company has been engaged in the

production of zinc alloy on the OEM and ODM (original design manufacturer) basis.

At present, the company is capable of rolling out 1,000 metric tons of zinc alloys per

year.

Jin Xin says its specialization rests with the production of miniature and medium

precision zinc die castings, which can provide customers with one-stop services,

including project development, tooling design and manufacture, die castings,

secondary finishing and surface treatment.

The company's customers mainly come from the industries of 3C (computers,

communications and consumer electronics), notebook personal computers,

automobiles, motorcycles, telecommunications, connectors, and industrial hardware.

With production of thousands of molds and products over the past four decades, the

company is capable of helping customers map out detailed project plans, reduce

production costs, and secure economic value.

Since its inception, the company has paid much attention to quality control, which has

helped it consistently raise competitiveness. The company has obtained

ISO9001:2000 certificate from the UKAS Quality Management Co.
