Intertool 2008: 11th Edition of the Leading Tool Trade Fair in Russia

Intertool Moscow is the leading trade show for the tool industry in the region. The 2008 event is scheduled for Sept. 30 to Oct. 3 at the Crocus Expo international exhibition center in Moscow, where it will occupy pavilion 1 in halls 1, 2 and 3.

For the past 10 years it has proved to be a focal point for specialists in tools, metalworking and manufacturing, welding equipment and related processes, measurement, control and automation technologies.

This year the organizer is focusing on promoting business programs, international presence, and visitor turnout. Global representation is expected to be considerable, with suppliers from China, Korea, Taiwan, Germany and Italy having already confirmed participation. Intertool features a "seal of quality" for the organizer is totally concentrated on making the event trade-oriented. The Organizers

The owner and creator of Intertool Moscow-Reed Messe Wien GmbH-has authorized its new local partner to run the event. The show is literally assured of global promotion and representation due to the worldwide scale of its organizer. Best Venue in Russia

For the first time Intertool will be held at Crocus Expo - Moscow's ultra-modern, fully-equipped venue with conference halls, recreation areas, food courts, etc., as well as the best exhibition venue in Eastern Europe. Major brands are typically seen exhibiting at Intertool Moscow, including Sparky, Kress, Interskol, Black & Decker, Vneshtehkontrakt, Anker Pro, Husqvarna, 3M, AEG, Robert Bosch, DeWalt, DWT, Gardena, Kaercher, Nedo Nestle, Packard Spence, Panasonic. The number of national and regional distributors, retailers and subcontractors usually exceed 15,000.

Official Support

According to the new organizers, the 2008 event will see the same growth rates, but more importantly such are qualitative growth with high international profile. Intertool Moscow is the only tool exhibition in Russia recognized by AUMA and German Ministry of Economics and Technology (BMWI) as well as supported by the Association of German Tool Manufacturers.
