Lai Chun Industry Co., Ltd. was established in February 1980 to engage in the development and production of bolts and nuts, and a variety of hardware parts for automobile, motorcycle, precision electronics and electric machinery industries.
With an aim to develop sophisticated products, in August 1995, the company installed a spate of multi-section screw-making machines from industrialized nations, helping the firm develop specialty parts by cutting production time and raising the accuracy of its products. In addition, the company has also succeeded in expanding production efficiency due to the employment of the advanced equipment.
Over the past few years, the company has stepped up operating efficiency by adopting computerized operating systems. Thanks to its persistence to hold a sound and healthy operating concept, the company has won good reputations and confidence from customers at home and abroad.
Lai Chun says it will continue to institutionalize and standardize operating procedures to facilitate the production of high-quality products and offer good after-sale services.
With a factory of 5,400 square feet in Taipei County of northern Taiwan, over the past few years Lai Chun has invested NT$8 million (US$247.670 at US$1:NT$32.3) to procure four sets of multi-stage screw-making machines that can roll out a wide variety of specialty screws.
Despite its concentration on self-developed screws, the company also welcomes orders on the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) basis.
