Spring Lake Enterprise Co., Ltd., established in 1980, is one of Taiwan`s leading manufacturers in the screw-manufacturing sector. The company boasts it concentrates on the development and production of high-precision, high-tensile screws that meet such strict industrial standards as ISO9001 and QS9000.
The company has a production facility of 3,300 square meters in southern Taiwan with spaces for further expansion. The company says it has enjoyed sufficient supply of raw materials because of the location of production facility in southern Taiwan where aggregate many material suppliers and material processors.
Since its inception, Spring Lake has been sticking to roll out high-end products to meet the requirements of upper market the world over. The company says its products are priced at the range of between US$1 and US$2 per piece.
At present, the company`s major product lines are screws, bolts and nuts, washers, and other kinds of fasteners. Headquartered in Pingtung County of southern Taiwan, the company currently has an overall monthly production capacity of 200,000 kilograms of screws. Thanks to its focus on high-end products, the company has seen a double-digit sales growth in each of the past five years. Currently the company`s annual sales amount to US$4 million.
With self-developed manufacturing skill, Spring Lake is capable of developing and producing screws in special sizes. In addition, the company also welcomes orders on the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) basis.
