Sincere Metal Enterprise Co., Ltd. is one of Taiwan`s specialists with core technology on metal forming. The company boasts it owns self-developed manufacturing technologies for production of various kinds of automotive locks.
Headquartered in Fengyuan of Taichung County, central Taiwan, Sincere currently concentrates on the development and production of motorcycle parts, motorcycle accessories, central power locks, alarm systems, anti-theft devices, steering-wheel locks, gear locks, interior accessories, cylinder locks, spare tire locks, gear shift locks, etc.
At present, the company has a monthly production capacity of between 10,000 and 15,000 sets of various kinds of locks. The company mainly engages in OEM (original equipment manufacturer) production.
In addition to domestic sales, Sincere has exported its products the world over, mainly to Japan and Germany, with the rest going to Southeast Asia, the U.S., Canada, Latin America, and Africa.
Recently the company introduced a series of innovative products, including three-door car door lock, cylinder lock, pressing-type four-hook theft-proof steering wheel lock, and car four-wheel lock. The company owns a patent for four-hook theft-proof steering wheel lock.
The three-door car door lock is used for locking the body made of zinc alloy. The company says its products are manufactured with three-dimensional CNC (computerized numerically controlled) machines featuring high precision and top-grade quality. The company adopts specialized CNC machines to make special high-precision auto locks for any models of automobiles.
Over the past few years, the company has seen influx of foreign orders as a result of its long-term dedication to developing high-end car locks. Seeing the prosperous sales, the company plans to expand production capacity by setting up a new factory nearby the existing factory.
