King Can Industry Corporation is an expert in the development and production of hot-runner-multi-cavities molds. The company`s mold-making department was established in 1988.
At present, the company`s mold-making department focuses on the production of PET perform molds and blow molds, plastic bottle cap molds, medical disposal molds, plastic cup molds, fork and spoon molds, high-precision gear molds, etc.

King Can notes it has expertise in making three kinds of plastic molds, including PET pre-form molds and PET/PE bottle blowing molds, plastic packaging molds, and medical disposal molds.
The PET pre-form molds and PET/PE bottle blowing molds are developed to meet the requirements of bottle-blowing factories. The company says it can help customers design innovative bottles free of charge. Also, it adopts computerized machines to make molds suitable for customers` blowing machines. In this field, the company can make new 32-cavity molds for customers` pre-form requirements.
King Can says it can design new caps and make molds to fit special bottle heads required by customers. For plastic disposal mold, the company can design 48-cavity hot rubber mold for fork and spoon, as well as eight-cavity hot runner mold for cup.
In the field of medical disposal mold, the company`s product lines include parts of Y-connectors, fastener, sealing cap, oxygen mask, petry dish, etc. The company boasts it has succeeded in designing four-hot sprue tip in mold, one sprue tip feed material to six-tunnel gate in a cycle layout, making the mold smaller in size. It is also capable of designing a 24-unscrew system to withdraw inner thread of product.
