Chaang Horng Electronic Co. is one of the `CORONA` treater bases in Taiwan and one of the market`s most influential manufacturers. The company has a factory of 200 square meters in Sanchung of Taipei County, northern Taiwan.
Since its founding in 1987, the company has been dedicated to the manufacture of plastic surface electron processor and static electricity remover, which are ideal for antistatic treatment on most of the plastic film and papers as well as electro plating film and PP, PS, PE, and PET materials.
The intelligence CORONA treatment unit can improve surface tension.
"We have especially imported the ceramic electric discharge bar for the best electric discharge treatment of conductor surface to produce surface processors and static electricity removers that meet the demands of all kinds of plastics," says Kee Lee, president of the company.
Chaang Horng currently specializes in plastic surface treatment and the production of static eliminators. The company has know-how in treatment on high-density/speed PP/PE films surface printing, coating or reprinting after coating on surface of woven bags, paper, metal sheets, and PP/PE sheets.
The company says it has expertise in irregular curved-surface discharge treatment, sheet treatment piece by piece, laser film laminating, and copper aluminum foil label and sticker printing.

Recently, the company debuted an intelligent CORONA treatment unit which can be applied to FPC and PCB to advance the surface actively and advance the system galvanized adhesion. The unit can improve surface tension and the accredited ratio of impedance-controlled.
Another newly developed technique is the treatment on hollow profile board up to 10mm in thickness.
